1. L’ÉLEVEUR fournira, à ses frais, dans un délai raisonnable, à L’ACHETEUR, le certificat d’enregistrement émis par le Club Canin Canadien avec la mention NON-REPRODUCTION, ainsi qu’une liste des ancêtres du chien couvrant au moins trois générations.

2. Le nom d’enregistrement du chien doit avoir le préfixe DOGOBULL. Aucun autre nom de chenil ne doit être inclus dans le nom du chien.

3. L’ACHETEUR devra, à ses frais, faire stériliser le chien avant l’âge de 6 mois, à moins d’entente contraire avec L’ÉLEVEUR ou suite à une contre-indication du vétérinaire.

4. La reproduction non contrôlée de chiens étant condamnable, ce chien est vendu avec une clause de NON- REPRODUCTION et ne pourra reproduire en aucun cas, à moins d’entente contraire avec L’ÉLEVEUR.

4. The not controlled reproduction of dogs being condemnable, this dog is sold with a clause of NON-REPRODUCTION and will not be able to reproduce to in no case, with less of contrary agreement with the STOCKBREEDER.
  
5. Au moment de sa livraison, le chiot aura reçu tous les vaccins requis pour son âge, la suite des vaccins de rappel étant au frais du nouveau propriétaire (L’ACHETEUR). La santé du chiot est garantie en autant que L’ACHETEUR suit la cédule de vaccination recommandée et les conseils d’alimentation de L’ÉLEVEUR. L’ACHETEUR a trois (3) jours ouvrables pour faire examiner le chiot. S’il est prouvé que le chiot était malade au moment de la vente, il sera alors soit: 1) Retourné chez L’ÉLEVEUR qui le soignera et le gardera le temps du traitement; 2) Échangé avec un chiot de même valeur si disponible; ou 3) Soigné chez L’ACHETEUR (par son vétérinaire) avec remboursement des frais raisonnables par L’ÉLEVEUR à la réception de la facture. Selon le consentement des deux parties au moment de la vente.

6. L’ÉLEVEUR garanti le chien décrit contre les maladies reconnues officiellement héréditaires jusqu’à 24 mois. Si une maladie héréditaire survient, un rapport officiel écrit d’un vétérinaire devra être fourni, L’ÉLEVEUR devra être averti rapidement et se réserve le droit de faire contre-expertiser le chien par le vétérinaire de son choix. Dans le cas de la dysplasie de la hanche ou des coudes, un rapport officiel du OFA (Orthopédic Fondation of Animal) devra être fourni, dans le cas d’un problème oculaire; un rapport d’un vétérinaire OPHTALMOLOGISTE. S’il y a confirmation de la maladie héréditaire, L’ACHETEUR aura alors 2 choix: 1) L’animal sera repris (avec tous ses papiers) et remplacé par un autre chiot de qualité équivalente dans une portée subséquente (monnayant les coûts des premiers vaccins et vermifuges) ou s’il advenait qu’aucune portée ne naisse dans un délai raisonnable (12 mois), L’ACHETEUR pourra être remboursé; ou 2) Si L’ACHETEUR désire garder le chien et que ce dernier peut avoir une belle qualité de vie, L’ÉLEVEUR remboursera L’ACHETEUR de la moitié du prix de vente initiale. Cependant, le chien devra être stérilisé obligatoirement si non déjà fait. Aucun autre montant d’argent ne pourra être réclamé à L’ÉLEVEUR par L’ACHETEUR. Cette garantie s’annule automatiquement s’il apparaît que ledit chien a souffert de négligence, accident et/ou de mauvais traitements autant physiques que mentaux. N’entre pas en considération un défaut héréditaire présent au moment de la vente et vue par les deux parties.

6. The DOGOBULL guaranteed the dog describes against the officially hereditary diseases recognized up to 30 months. If a hereditary disease occurs, a written official report of a veterinary surgeon will have to be provided, the DOGOBULL will have to be informed quickly and reserves the right to make against-appraise the dog by the veterinary surgeon of his choice. If there is confirmation of the hereditary disease, the BUYER will have 2 choices then: 1) The animal will be taken again (with all its papers) and replaced by another pup of equivalent quality in a subsequent range (monnayant the costs of the first vaccines and vermifuges) or if it occurred that no range is born within a reasonable delay (12 months), the BUYER could be refunded; or 2) If the BUYER wishes to keep the dog and that this last can have a beautiful quality of life, the DOGOBULL will refund the BUYER of the initial half of the selling price. However, the dog will have to be sterilized obligatorily so not already made. No other going up of money could be claimed with the DOGOBULL by the BUYER. This guarantee is cancelled automatically if it appears that the aforementioned dog suffered from negligence, accident and/or of ill treatments as much physical than mental. Do not enter in consideration a hereditary defect present at the time of the sale and sight by the two parts.

7. Ce chien ne peut être euthanasié sans l’accord préalable de L’ÉLEVEUR à moins d’urgence, blessures graves et avec l’avis de son vétérinaire.

7. This dog cannot be euthanasia without the prior agreement of the DOGOBULL to less urgently, serious wounds and with the opinion of its veterinary surgeon.

8. L’ACHETEUR s’engage à fournir au chien un bon foyer (ce chien est vendu comme compagnon), de l’exercice régulier, ne jamais laisser celui-ci courir, errer sans surveillance. Le chien ne pourra être attaché par le cou en aucun temps, sauf en laisse.  

8. The BUYER commits himself providing to the dog a good hearth (this dog is sold like companion), of the regular exercise, never not to let this one run, wander without monitoring. The dog could be attached by the neck in no time, except leaves some. 

9. L’ACHETEUR s’engage à entretenir l’animal dans un environnement propre et sain.

10. L’ACHETEUR s’engage à fournir des bons soins et une bonne alimentation au chien décrit. Le chien devra avoir une visite annuelle minimum chez son vétérinaire pour recevoir ses vaccins (rappels) annuels habituels plus tous vaccins et/ou traitements nécessaires selon la région et/ou les voyages. Le chien devra être traité préventivement contre les vers du cœur, au besoin contre les parasites externes et internes. L’ACHETEUR devra faire soigner promptement ledit chien lors de blessures et/ou maladies.

10. The BUYER commits himself providing good care and a good food to the dog described. The dog must have an annual visit minimum in its veterinary surgeon to receive his vaccines (recalls) annual usual more all vaccines and/or treatments necessary according to the area and/or the voyages. The dog will have to be treated on suspicion against the worms of the heart, with the need against the external and internal parasites. The BUYER will have to make promptly look after the aforementioned dog at the time of wounds and/or diseases.

11. L’ACHETEUR doit le socialiser énormément durant la première année de sa vie (surtout les premiers 6 mois suivant l’achat) .

12. Quelle que soit la raison, si L’ACHETEUR devait se départir du chien, le chien devait être retourné à L’ÉLEVEUR, sans remboursement du prix de vente initiale. Tous les chiens retournés à L’ÉLEVEUR pour une nouvelle famille deviennent la propriété de L’ÉLEVEUR. L’ÉLEVEUR se considère responsable du bien-être du chien à tout moment de sa vie. Il est donc de notre responsabilité de retrouver une nouvelle famille au chien et cela selon nos critères de bien-être.

12. Whatever the reason, if the BUYER were to separate dog, the dog will have to be turned over with the DOGOBULL, without refunding of the selling price initial. All the dogs turned over with DOGOBULL for a new family become the property of the DOGOBULL . On the other hand, if the DOGOBULL wishes to yield the dog to the one of his close relations, it can do it only under the approval of the DOGOBULL The DOGOBULL is considered responsible for the wellbeing of the dog constantly of his life. He is thus of our responsibility to find a new family with the dog and that according to our criteria of wellbeing.

13. S’il advenait que le propriétaire (ACHETEUR sur ce contrat) décède, la succession devra respecter ce contrat en partie ET en entier tout comme le défunt l’aurait fait. De même, si L’ÉLEVEUR décède, sa succession assurera le respect de ce contrat.

13. If it occurred that the owner (BUYER on this contract) dies, the succession will have to respect this contract partly AND in entirety just like the late one would have done it. In the same way, if the DOGOBULL dies, its succession will ensure the respect of this contract.

14. L’ÉLEVEUR A LE DROIT DE REPRENDRE LE CHIEN EN TOUT TEMPS SI CELUI-CI ETAIT, D’UNE MANIERE OU D’UNE AUTRE, MALTRAITE ET/OU NEGLIGE CE, AUTANT SUR LE PLAN PHYSIQUE QUE MENTAL PAR SON PROPRIETAIRE, LA FAMILLE OU GENS AUX ALENTOURS (AVEC L’AVIS ET L’AIDE D’UNE TIERCE PERSONNE CONNAISSANTE EN LA MATIERE: ELEVEUR SERIEUX, VETERINAIRE OU SPCA) ET CECI SANS DEBOURSER AUCUN MONTANT D’ARGENT A L’ACHETEUR (SUR CE CONTRAT).

14. DOGOBULL HAS the RIGHT TO TAKE again the DOG IN ANY TIME IF THIS ONE WERE, In one way or another, MALTREATS AND/OR NEGLECTS EC, AS MUCH ON the PHYSICAL LEVEL THAT MENTAL BY ITS OWNER, the FAMILY OR PEOPLE IN the NEIGHBOURHOODS (WITH the OPINION AND the ASSISTANCE Of a KNOWING THIRD PERSON On the matter: SERIOUS, VETERINARY STOCKBREEDER OR SPCA) AND THIS WITHOUT SPENDING ANY AMOUNT Of MONEY TO the PURCHASER (ON THIS CONTRACT).

15. Advenant le cas où L’ACHETEUR ne respecterait pas ces conditions en tout ou en partie, il s’engage à remettre le chien et à dédommager L’ÉLEVEUR

16. S’il advient que le chien décrit dans ce contrat est repris par L’ÉLEVEUR pour quelques raisons que ce soit, L’ACHETEUR (sur ce contrat) devra lui remettre en même temps le certificat d’enregistrement et signer le transfert de propriété ainsi que les autres signature nécessaires. Une pénalité pour tout retard dans la signature et la remise du certificat d’enregistrement sera appliquée, après la reprise du chien par L’ÉLEVEUR.

16. If it occurs that the dog described in this contract is taken again by the STOCKBREEDER for some reasons that it is, the PURCHASER (on this contract) will have to give the certificate of recording at the same time to him and to sign the transfer of property as well as the other signature necessary. A penalty for any delay in the signature and the handing-over of the certificate of recording will be applied, after the resumption of the dog by the STOCKBREEDER.

17. En cas de litige concernant l’application du contrat L’ÉLEVEUR et L’ACHETEUR choisissent ensemble un spécialiste à titre d’arbitre.

17. In the event of litigation concerning the application of the contract the DOGOBULLand the BUYER choose a specialist as referee together.

18. Clauses supplémentaires selon le consentement des deux parties au moment de la vente

23. L’ACHETEUR s’engage à signaler tous changements d’adresse ou de téléphone. L’ACHETEUR s’engage à donner des nouvelles sur l’évolution du chiot, son tempérament, etc. (photos sont bienvenues) et à avertir rapidement L’ÉLEVEUR s’il survient des maladies héréditaires et/ou l’appeler pour différentes questions qu’il peut se poser.J’accepte les conditions si hautes mentionnées signé le _______________

23. The BUYER commits himself announcing all changes of address or telephone. The BUYER commits himself to give news on the evolution of the pup, his temperament, etc (photographs are welcome) and informing the DOGOBULL quickly if it occurs of the hereditary diseases and/or to call it for various questions which it can raise.
